Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, resume/CV screening, and initial candidate outreach.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Participate in the planning and execution of recruiting events, such as online job fairs.
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to support hiring strategies.
- Maintain the candidate database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as document organization and report preparation.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for international recruitment in the financial industry.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with effective time and task management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability to work at least four days per week.
- Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
