Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to develop and execute productized plans for user growth.

  • Design and manage various promotion mechanisms and user-facing expressions, balancing scalability and flexibility to drive business growth.

  • Utilize AB testing and other experimental methods flexibly to quickly measure effectiveness and iterate on solutions.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, adhere to a data-driven approach, and provide data support and recommendations for product design and marketing strategies.

  • Take accountability for project outcomes and progress, collaborate with the development team to deliver and implement relevant products, and participate in some product operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as marketing, computer science, or related disciplines preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager for consumer internet products, with a strong track record in successful marketing and promotion campaigns preferred.

  • Familiarity with marketing, user growth, and event planning domains, with experience in the tourism or e-commerce industries being advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese is a plus), strong teamwork abilities, and project management skills.

  • Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
