Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the operations team to develop and execute productized plans for user growth.
Design and manage various promotion mechanisms and user-facing expressions, balancing scalability and flexibility to drive business growth.
Utilize AB testing and other experimental methods flexibly to quickly measure effectiveness and iterate on solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, adhere to a data-driven approach, and provide data support and recommendations for product design and marketing strategies.
Take accountability for project outcomes and progress, collaborate with the development team to deliver and implement relevant products, and participate in some product operational tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as marketing, computer science, or related disciplines preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager for consumer internet products, with a strong track record in successful marketing and promotion campaigns preferred.
Familiarity with marketing, user growth, and event planning domains, with experience in the tourism or e-commerce industries being advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese is a plus), strong teamwork abilities, and project management skills.
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
