该职位来源于猎聘 Mission Lead complex and strategic Customer programs (big size, strategic, with a huge stake) involving many PL/PG/BG with a high level of delegation in order to reach the technical and economical targets assigned to the Program itself and to the associated Projects as well for all concerned entities The mission is to ensure the program performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Deliverables, Timing), ensures coordination to achieve program launch(es) in compliance with Valeo and Customer expectations Responsibilities Lead operationally and functionally complete programs involving many entities from different PGs

  • Manage complex/Strategic Customer Programs for the entity :

high development complexity involving many PL/PG/BG

  • Is responsible for the achievement of the Program/Project KPIs in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation
  • Drive the Associated P2 Actors in case of P2 not completed in P1
  • Manage functionally a Platform Core team (R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Process, Logistic, Quality) and all associated PM teams located in different areas in order to reach the targets assigned to every associated Projects
  • Put in place an organization allowing to manage the Teams efficiently : resource headcount and skills, locations, reporting
  • Is in charge of assessing the Teams assigned to the Program via the AAI : PMs associated and PTMs as well
  • Manage the Program in order to achieve its KPIs objectives ; consequently lead each Project Managers : assignment of the KPIs by Project
  • Is alerting the concerned PGs in case of issues and propose solutions even structuring solutions eg. Involving HR, Industrial footprint, production and / or tests equipments
  • Negotiate at a high level with the Customer the Program contract and issues with high level of autonomy but involving also the associated Valeo counterparts
  • Report the Program progress at high level of the organization (internally and customer level)
  • Define and manage the budget of the Program including the budget of the associated Projects in every other entities
  • Prepare decision making process for relevant committees and challenge his project team readiness
  • Prepare and submit CAA and IAR of the Program and challenge the P1 Project Managers of the Projects part of his/her Program ; manage Program business extension as well
  • Escalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets
