该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: 1.发动机本体开发 1.1核心部件方案校核 负责发动机本体关键部件(缸体、缸盖、曲轴、连杆、活塞、飞轮等)的方案校核,结合发动机性能目标(功率、扭矩、热效率、耐久性)与整车布置空间要求,制定技术方案与设计规范。 1.2试验验证与问题整改 制定发动机本体部件试验方案,包括台架试验(如缸体缸盖水压试验、曲轴疲劳试验、活塞热冲击试验)与整机耐久性试验。 1.3跟踪本体部件的试制与量产过程, 与供应商协同解决生产工艺问题,制定零部件验收标准(如尺寸公差、表面粗糙度),保障量产一致性。 2.进排气系统开发 2.1系统方案与部件设计 负责发动机进排气系统(进气歧管、排气歧管、催化转化器、消声器、节气门、EGR 阀等)的整体方案设计,结合排放法规(国六 b、欧 7、EPA Tier3)与发动机性能需求,确定系统架构。 2.2完成进排气系统 3D 建模与 2D 工程图输出,明确部件材料、连接方式及隔热要求。 3. 试验与量产支持 3.1制定进排气系统试验方案,包括台架试验与整车道路试验,验证系统性能与法规符合性。 3.2解决进排气系统量产问题,优化生产工艺,降低零部件不良率。 3.3跟踪进排气系统前沿技术,开展技术预研与应用验证,推动系统技术迭代。
- Engine Block Development 1.1 Core Component Design Verification Responsible for verifying design proposals for critical engine block components (cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, flywheel, etc.). Develop technical solutions and design specifications by integrating engine performance targets (power, torque, thermal efficiency, durability) with vehicle layout space constraints. 1.2 Test Validation and Issue Resolution Develop testing plans for engine block components, including bench tests (e.g., cylinder block/head hydrostatic testing, crankshaft fatigue testing, piston thermal shock testing) and full-engine durability testing. 1.3 Monitor prototype and mass production processes for engine components, collaborate with suppliers to resolve manufacturing process issues, establish component acceptance criteria (e.g., dimensional tolerances, surface roughness), and ensure production consistency.
- Intake and Exhaust System Development 2.1 System Design and Component Engineering Responsible for the overall design of the engine's intake and exhaust systems (intake manifold, exhaust manifold, catalytic converter, muffler, throttle body, EGR valve, etc.). Determine system architecture by integrating emission regulations (China VI b, Euro 7, EPA Tier 3) with engine performance requirements. 2.2 Complete 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawings for intake/exhaust systems, specifying component materials, connection methods, and thermal insulation requirements.
- Testing and Production Support 3.1 Develop testing plans for intake/exhaust systems, including bench testing and vehicle road testing, to validate system performance and regulatory compliance. 3.2 Resolve mass production issues for intake/exhaust systems, optimize manufacturing processes, and reduce component defect rates. 任职要求: 1. 设计软件能力:熟练使用 CATIA、UG、SolidWorks 等 3D 建模软件,能独立完成发动机本体核心部件与进排气系统的建模与装配;掌握 AutoCAD 等 2D 绘图软件。 2. 仿真分析能力:具备 CAE 结构仿真基础,能开展缸体强度、曲轴疲劳寿命分析;具备 CFD 流场仿真能力,能使用 ANSYS Fluent、STAR-CCM + 分析进排气系统气流特性;了解热力学仿真。 3. 试验与问题解决能力:熟悉发动机台架试验与整车道路试验流程,能解读试验数据并定位问题;具备DFMEA 分析能力。 4. 法规与标准认知:精通国内外发动机排放法规(国六 b、欧 7)、可靠性标准、材料标准。 5. 工艺认知:了解发动机本体部件与进排气系统部件的生产工艺,能在设计阶段考虑工艺可行性 6.具有5年以上内燃机及其附件开发管理岗位工作经验,具有合资汽车公司工作经历优先 At least 5 years of experience in development management roles for internal combustion engines and their accessories; experience working at joint-venture automotive companies is preferred. 7.第一学历为统招大学本科及以上,内燃机、汽车相关等相关专业优先First degree with bachelor degree or above, major in Internal Combustion Engine and automobile or related field is preferred 8.大学英语四级(或同等水平)及以上,具有良好的英语听说读写能力 College English test band 4 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills。
