Responsibilities
- Management and steering of T-car and Ho-car flashing plan with BBT-E-XX.
- Preparation and sharing of complete vehicle and components software before flashing.
- Software upgrade and troubleshooting for Ho-car and T-car each project.
- Understand and master BMW software system like SWL-Portal, ASBC-SFA, ASBC-PKI, ZEDIS, OCTANE, SWL-Cockpit, etc.
- Good knowledge about how to check component hardware break and hardware change.
- Create fault ticket and track feedback results.
- Operate VMC system and record daily work.
- Ensure that the vehicle status meets the testing requirements and completes the testing smoothly.
- Logger: As a member of MT (measurement technology) Team, responsible for vehicle data logging according to vehicle development requirement from vehicle endurance test, customer-oriented test, functional test. The whole process includes logger installation, configuration integration, troubleshooting, data transfer interface operation and logger hardware and software maintenance.
- Work and collaborate with cross function teams including IT department, Electrician team in workshop, MT global network in BMW to make sure the whole process running.
- Upgrade and maintenance of daily diagnostic tools in workshop. (INPA, EDIABAS, E-SYS, BSR, Talgen, CAF-editor, etc.)
- Dashboard editing by Power BI, data maintain, process optimization.
- Accord to vehicle development requirement from vehicle endurance test, customer-oriented test, functional test.
The whole process includes logger installation, configuration integration, troubleshooting, data transfer interface operation and logger hardware and software maintenance.
- Work and collaborate with cross function teams including IT department, Electrician team in workshop, MT global network in BMW to make sure the whole process running.
- Necessary business travel in China. (Like summer & winter test out of Shenyang)
- Obey to work overtime according to the special work requirement.
- Additionally responsible for new technology exploration and research to adopt current or new solution to future vehicle platform.
Requirements
- Good driving skills and BMW driver license, (At least B1 and E1.)
- High voltage knowledge and work experience on BEV/PHEV. (At least high voltage qualification HV1 and HVE1)
