About the Job:
Responsibilities:
- Develop company quality system/business management system to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve world class performance and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction KPI
- Manage quality management system as QMR (Quality Management Representative) Lead and drive the team to improve company quality KPI
- Preparation of reports for customers regarding quality Responsible for the development and maintenance of the quality management systems (as a QMR) in accordance with the International Quality Assurance Standard (ISO 9001, etc. and by customer in the future)
- Responsible for assessment and impact analysis of quality conditions in new contracts
- Plan and perform internal and external audits demand
- Review to ensure the effectiveness of corrective action / preventive action which related to Supplier quality issued, Internal quality issued, Customer complaint, Internal Audit and External Audit Manage and Develop QA staffs to have suitable knowledge and skills
- Continuous development of the quality laboratory to match the company's development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Related Field
- Minimum 8 years of experiences in Quality Assurance , Quality Management functions in electronics manufacturing for finished goods is a MUST
- At least 3 years' experience in Managerial level with direct people management and experience
- Strong project management in improvement process/people/capability/system
- Good knowledge in quality management systems of international quality standard (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
- Proficient using of all statistical and analytical methods and tools (FMEA, SPC, Lean,)
- Excellent organizational management and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and making sounds decision.
- Experience in a multinational and dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese. Thai is preferrable
