工作职责:

Key Responsibilities/主要职责

Accounting/会计相关

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

管理日常会计工作,包括应付/应收账款、总账和银行对账。

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

按照国际财务报告准则(IFRS)及本地法规编制月度、季度和年度财务报表。

  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for statutory filings and audits.

协调外部审计和税务机关,完成法定申报和审计工作。

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely reporting to HQ.

维护财务交易的准确记录,确保及时向总部汇报。

Business Administration/行政相关

  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams for entity governance and documentation.

与法务及合规团队协作,处理公司治理及相关文件。

  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records in coordination with central HR.

协助新员工入职,与总部人力资源部门协作,维护人事档案。

  • Support procurement and supply chain documentation, including SAP setup and approval workflows.

支持采购及供应链文件管理,包括SAP 系统设置及审批流程。

  • Handle office administration including vendor management, travel arrangements, and facility coordination.

负责办公室行政管理,包括供应商管理、差旅安排及设施协调。

任职条件:

Qualifications & Skills/任职资格与技能

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

会计、财务或工商管理相关专业本科及以上学历。

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in multinational or industrial sectors.

至少3 年会计或财务相关工作经验,有跨国公司或工业企业经验者优先。

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

熟悉SAP 或类似ERP 系统。

  • Strong understanding of Chinese regulatory and tax frameworks.

熟悉中国相关法规及税务政策。

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

中英文流利(书面及口语)。

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a lean setup.
  • 积极主动,注重细节,能够在精益团队中独立工作。
