About the Role
: The Strategy and M&A senior manager will lead growth execution project management office, competitive intelligence, M&A project, and chief of staff support to TENNECO APAC region.

Responsibilities
:

  • Act as internal project management office for strategic growth execution project, tracking and driving key growth initiatives across all BGs in region.
  • Competitive intelligence and M&A projects: closely follow up and track market dynamics and competitive intelligence and actively explore and lead on non-organic growth options in APAC.
  • Chief of staff support to APAC region: strategize APAC operations and business, initiate and track strategic projects in APAC region and offer chief of staff support to APAC president and region.
  • Formulate M&A strategy for each business, develop and maintain an active M&A pipeline in APAC region to accelerate growth through non-organic options.
  • Support formulation of five year strategic business plan and annual operations plan for TENNECO China & APAC.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (in related field) with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to strategize business and drive informative business decision making.

Required Skills
:

  • At least 8-10 years of combined professional consulting and corporate strategy and M&A experience in automotive related industry with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities and relevant experience in the past.
  • Solid data analysis, reporting consolidation, presentation skills, coordination and facilitation capabilities.
  • Multiple cultural working experience with strong communication to regional BU team and global functional team.
  • Passionate and good influence power to drive changes/internal initiatives.
