该职位来源于猎聘 Broad Function Responsible for quality evaluation, validation and providing other QC Engineering support in new product/material/process development or quality improvement programs, and responsible for quality management for suppliers of cosmetics and other chemical products, to ensure quality conformance to global product standards and regulatory requirements consistently. Job Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains QA systems/quality control procedures & inspection control plans for proper control of new product and packaging.
- Conducts design review, quality evaluation, qualification and validation during new product and new process introduction.
- Works closely with PDD team to co-ordinate FMEA and develop appropriate control plans.
- Assists in selection and installation of new inspection equipment and gages.
- Provides QC Engineering support for changes of materials/processes. Co-ordinates trial run and evaluation to study process capabilities.
- Carries out assigned COQ and quality improvement programs and assists in concerned cost improvement projects.
- Analyses quality problems as they arise and reports findings with recommendations. Requests services from other departments and/or vendors in an effort to improve product quality.
- Provides quality support in selection and qualification of suppliers for chemical products and cosmetics.
- Conducts supplier quality management for chemical products and cosmetics. Qualifications:
- B.A. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Medical related. 2. 3 years or more of experience in Quality Control, Product Development, or Production of cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
- Good command of English Writing and Speaking.
