- Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve assigned sales quotas and activity goals.

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Min. 10 years of sales experience in service outsourcing.
- Proven financial acumen and business development innovation with solid ITO/BPO industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets; experience in strategic account planning and securing large clients.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Cantonese is a must.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Greater Bay Area client landscape.
