Job Title:
Enterprise Architect (Telecom, Cloud & Digital Platforms)
Responsibilities
• Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy for telecommunications and digital solutions in the Greater China region.
• Partner with business units to translate commercial objectives into actionable technical strategies.
• Design and deliver industry-specific solutions for sectors such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, energy, and smart cities.
• Collaborate with global OEM partners to integrate advanced technologies with proprietary platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor in pre-sales engagements, presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs, ensuring timely, high-quality proposals that highlight competitive advantages.
• Manage proof-of-concept initiatives to validate solution feasibility and demonstrate business value.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient end-to-end solutions across managed services, cloud networking, and AI-driven infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Represent the company in industry forums, sharing insights on emerging technologies such as 5G, AI/ML, and edge computing.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs in multi-vendor environments.
• Strong expertise in managed services, cloud-native architectures, SDN, NFV, and digital platform integration.
• Experience designing hybrid solutions leveraging both Western and Eastern OEM technologies.
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing POCs to validate technical feasibility.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Full professional proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CCNP, Huawei HCIP, AliCloud ACP, or TOGAF are highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to align technology with business goals.
