Yandex Market
is expanding its sourcing operations in
Shenzhen
and seeking an experienced
Sourcing Manager
to strengthen supplier networks, optimize procurement processes, and support product development. In this role, you will identify and onboard suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and oversee product development cycles to ensure successful launches.
Tasks that await you:
- Sourcing new suppliers
You will identify top factories for specific products by visiting industry events and researching online platforms, introduce Yandex Market to potential partners, collect supplier information using defined templates, and collaborate with the Product Leader to develop and select suitable models.
- Managing supplier performance
You will act as the primary contact for the daily operations of suppliers, monitor business changes and adapt accordingly, manage claims and finance-related tasks, ensure policy and contract compliance, support contract negotiations, and regularly review supplier performance.
- Product development and market analysis
You will analyze market trends, coordinate internal resources, and work on new products and packaging to secure on-time launches. You will also optimize the supplier base by defining different levels of suppliers and centralizing orders with strategic partners.
We expect that you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in sourcing for small
Home Appliances
or
Consumer Electronics - Have a strong supplier network in relevant product categories
- Know how to source new suppliers over multiple channels
- Understand export trading, payment terms, and Incoterms
- Have experience in product cost analysis and key pricing factors
- Possess excellent communication skills for internal and external negotiations
- Have project management and negotiation skills
- Are good at multitasking and setting priorities
- Are fluent in
English

Chinese
(spoken and written) - Have advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables)
