*Job Description*
TI China Security manager leads all security related matters of TI Semiconductor Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd -- to protect TI employees, visitors, and contractors; to protect physical and financial assets; to reduce risks through the development of progressive security practice; respond to security and emergency incidents; to protect intellectual property and sensitive information.
*Job Description:*
- Manage day-to-day security operation of TI Sales & Design offices in China.
- Ensure the compliance with TI worldwide Security Standard, Policies, Procedures.
- Establish relationships with business leaders to identify security needs and develop plans of actions to meet those needs. Provide support and making recommendations site management regarding appropriate, timely and necessary security improvement and enhancement.
- Identify and implement innovative, appropriate, and risk-based security technology solutions. Identify and evaluate emerging technology that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of security.
- Provide security audit/consultation/assistance to all business units and ensure company assets are adequately protected, include, but not limited to: – PDC (Product Distribution Center), 3PL (Third Party Logistics) and EM (External Manufacturing).
- Lead scrap chips security management for intelligence protection.
- Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies and government agencies.
- Conduct security incidents investigation.
- Conduct Key Person Protection program for TI executives.
*QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:*
- B.A. or equivalent required; security professional certifications preferred.
- Minimal 5 years' experience in law or a security discipline or equivalent experience; intra-company security related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver English presentations and briefings for both internal and external stakeholders.
