About The Role
The ability to maintain operating criteria/spa concepts and be responsible for the co-ordination and scheduling of all Spa related services.

What You Will Do

  • The ability to review all suggestions and comments from guests and make necessary adjustments.
  • The ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on the Spa as well as of Spa employees.
  • The ability to yield the spa business for both hotel and local guests.
  • The ability to develop all operation manuals for department and implement training programs to ensure the growth of the department.
  • The ability to ensure timely and effective performance reviews for the department.
  • The ability to participate in regular staff meetings keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service.
  • The ability to arrange regular spa products training to keep employees familiar with the benefits of all spa products and increase selling skills.

What You Bring

  • Possesses excellent Mandarin & Fair/Good English, math and psychometric abilities
  • Excellent guest relations and management skills
  • Creative and innovative in developing new and exciting ideas
  • Possesses finesse and personal flair; knowledge in a relevant foreign language is preferred
  • Possesses aptitude and upward mobility
