This position will work in Caterpillar China (Qingdao) R&D Center Electrification + Energy Solution team on competitive electrification solutions development.
Responsibility
The job will be related to the following but not limited to
- Electric drive system requirements and specification development based on machine performance requirements
根据设备性能要求,开展电驱动系统需求分析与技术规格制定工作
- Electric drive system concept development
负责电驱动系统方案的概念设计与开发
- Define requirements for components and control system
明确元器件及控制系统的技术需求与规格要求
- Lead system DFMEA and validation plan
主导电驱动系统 DFMEA(设计失效模式与影响分析)编制及验证方案制定
- Lead system design review
主导电驱动系统设计评审工作
- Test bed development
负责测试台架的开发工作
- Collaborate with machine and other system team to deliver the project
与设备团队及其他系统团队协作,确保项目顺利交付
- NPI issue resolution
负责新产品导入(NPI)过程中的问题解决
Degree Required
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field: Electrical / Mechatronics/ Electronics Engineering
相关专业本科及以上学历: 电气工程、机电一体化工程、电子工程
Skill Preference
Electric Drive System Knowledge /
电驱动系统知识
Solid understanding of electric drive systems and key components such as batteries, motors, and power electronics.
熟练掌握电驱动系统及其关键元器件(如电池、电机、电力电子)的相关知识。
System Architecture Familiarity /
系统架构理解能力
Familiar with electric drive system architecture and components including motor, inverter, DC-DC converter, PDU, and chargers.
熟悉电驱动系统架构及各类元器件(如电机、逆变器、DC-DC 转换器、高压配电单元、充电器等)。
System Integration & Simulation /
系统集成与仿真能力
Capable of performing system-level integration and simulation of electric drive systems.
具备电驱动系统的集成与仿真能力。
Communication & Project Management /
沟通与项目管理能力
Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
具备良好的沟通能力与跨职能项目管理能力。
English Proficiency & Team Collaboration /
英语能力与团队协作
Good English reading, writing, and speaking skills; collaborative team player with a passion for new technologies and self-motivation.
英文能力良好,具备团队协作精神,对新技术有浓厚兴趣且工作主动积极。
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
