入职要求:
1、计算机应用及相关专业毕业,两年以上大中型企业IT软硬件管理及维护经验;
- 具有较强的主流操作系统(windows/linux),LAN/WLAN,IT硬件(如标签打印机,PDA,扫描枪等)的运维能力
- 熟悉Powershell/SQL语句的使用,具有一定的基础代码能力
- 英语听说读写流利,良好的沟通和表达能力
- 良好服务意识、团队精神,责任心强,较强的抗压能力、环境适应力
工作内容:
- 负责公司数字化应用系统的日常管理及维护,包括但不限于系统部署,权限管理,操作培训,问题跟踪及解决
- 负责解决各种产线数字化设备软硬件问题,包括电脑,网络,AGV,RFID,PDA,Scaner,打印机等
- 作为L1技术支持角色,根据用户TICKET紧急程度,确保其解决过程符合SLA,不断提高用户满意度
- 持续对用户问题进行分析,制定改进方案,提高运维效率,并最大化实现自动化运维,
- 完成上级交代的其他任务。
