  • 通过直销和经销商网络管理实现售后市场销售目标。
  • 在指定区域内增加并监控市场份额。 2. 重点客户管理与战略合作伙伴关系
  • 与重点客户建立并维护长期关系,了解他们的业务需求,并提供量身定制的解决方案。
  • 担任战略客户的主要对接人,确保客户高度满意和忠诚。 3. 经销商管理与协作
  • 管理和支持所在地区的经销商,确保其与安百拓的目标和价值观保持一致。
  • 通过培训和联合业务规划赋能经销商。 4. 市场与竞争情报
  • 收集和分析市场及竞争对手信息,以识别机遇和威胁。
  • 与管理团队分享见解和潜在线索。 5. 产品与应用专业知识

Your Role at Epiroc: As Sales Engineer, you will be more than a sales professional, you will be a trusted partner to our customers and a champion of Epiroc's values. You will be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding market share in your assigned region or customers, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement & Market Growth
  • Achieve aftermarket sales targets through direct sales efforts and distributor network management.
  • Increase and monitor market share in the assigned region.
  • Key Account Management & Strategic Partnership
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Distributor Management & Collaboration
  • Manage and support distributors in the territory, ensuring alignment with Epiroc's goals and values.
  • Empower distributors through training and joint business planning.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Gather and analyze market and competitor information to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Share insights and potential leads with the management team.
  • Product & Application Expertise
  • Maintain strong product and application knowledge to effectively support customers and distributors.
  • Conduct product and sales training for key accounts and distributors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Support
  • Work closely with Product, Aftermarket, Logistics, and Credit teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure timely machine delivery, after-sales support, and compliance with credit policies.
  • Culture & Safety Advocacy
  • Adhere to The Epiroc Way, including the Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
  • Promote a strong safety culture in all activities, both internally and at customer sites. Who You Are: Experience:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in mining, construction, excavator, or breaker machinery.
  • Experience in key account sales or strategic account management is highly preferred. Education & Skills:
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Personal Attributes:
