Key Responsibilities
- Promote loan products and services to existing and new customers.
- Site visit new borrowers.
- Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment.
- Find new customer and negotiate with new customer.
- Follow up with Loan initial review, to be disburse, Loan Disbursement, Loan Paid off and arrear customer.
- Update other Bank and MFI competitor condition of Loan for Quarter Basic and sent to Branch Manager.
- Solve the issue that related to Loan at Branch Site and Customers.
- Recommend and provide report of loan request and loan status Perform daily Marketing.
- Increase sale volume of loan product to achieve target.
- Check loans in arrear and repayment.
- Monitor, follow up all selling process and deal with the customer.
- Keep up-to-date of the bank's latest products.
- Maintain relationship with existing and new customers; refer new customers to new services to promote business for the bank.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirement
- Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
- Minimum 2 year of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
- Willing to work under pressure;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese or Korean;
- Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point).
