Your Tasks:
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of IT Production & Quality (P&Q) projects, including MES and SCADA implementations, ensuring alignment with IT standards and business requirements.
- Support the analysis of cloud services and digitization projects, with attention to emerging technology trends and their potential impact.
- Help implement global IT strategies and contribute to project roadmaps that enable business change, such as new production facilities and operational realignments.
- Communicate with operational stakeholders (e.g., Production, Logistics, Demand Planning) to track project readiness and deliverables.
- Help establish efficient processes for IT service delivery, utilizing global shared services and partnerships in collaboration with BU/IT project managers.
- Participate in post-project analysis and provide support in identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing training and communications to enhance user experience and operational excellence.
Your Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in project support or coordination; exposure to project management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of virtual/global team collaboration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with skills in critical thinking and research.
- Introductory knowledge of manufacturing IT operations; familiarity with SCADA/MES systems is preferred.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
