  • PLM system running daily support, PLM login issue, Creo/SolidWorks linking setting problem, ECR/ECN task review and exception handing.
  • Collaborate with the IT department on the management of integrations between PLM and GRD
  • Develop and conduct ongoing training programs for new and existing users, creating clear documentation and training materials
  • GRD PLM contact window to customers, and upload the documents to customer's system
  • Act as the *** line of support for all PLM users, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions
  • Configure and optimize PLM workflows to mirror and improve the design, development, and sourcing processes
  • Material library/data base maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency REQUIRED:
  • At least 5 years of operation PLM/SAP/RQM/MRP system experience
  • Knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) and its connection to PLM
  • Project management experience or certification
  • Technical proficiency in managing user roles, workflows, attributes, and system configurations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users effectively, strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit
  • Ability to perform and adapt himself/herself to changing requirements, new cultures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
