Work you'll do
- Define and drive the client's desired technology strategy and supporting business processes
- Leverage expertise with innovative IT platforms to support the client's IT strategy
- Lead the transformation of the IT function and enable a better customer experience for the business
- Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience
- Advise the client to make decisions that positively impact return on investment; provides subject matter expertise on sector trends and leading practices
- Make decisions with confidence based on analysis of available information to drive business success
- Generate innovative ideas and turn them into profitable business opportunities for our clients and the Firm
- Leverage financial information and business case to build support for a solution
- Project confidence, establish credibility with and influence clients at all levels
- Sell potential and current clients on Deloitte's services and negotiate profitable transactions for the Firm
- Adopt a global approach to networking, building eminence and assembling teams to best serve client
- Articulate an informed opinion on leading edge technologies and how they affect emerging business models in domain area

We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor's degree with relevant major
- Minimum 9 years consulting experiences in ITSP, digital, IT system implementation, etc.
- Good solution design project management capabilities
- Good at building client relationship and business development
- Fluent in English and Chinese in both oral and written
- Willing to travel
- Ability to guide the team and lead the client through end to end IT and Digital solution deployment in a seamless manner aimed at optimizing business impact for client.
- Ability to apply a forward-looking perspective with business, technological, digital and industry-oriented approach to lead the transformation agenda.
- Ability to guide the team and client through specialized technology, technology strategy, digital and day-to-day operations expertise to make recommendations that enable client's strategic agenda/complex issues
- Ability to lead IT strategy and its implementation conversations / exercise with C-Suite and/or sub C-Suite executives at client to support enterprise-wide decision-making, operations improvement and strengthen stakeholder management.
