Description
As the Manager for Marketing in APAC, you will act as Chief of Staff reporting to the Head of Marketing as well as serve as a key partner to the global brand team.
In this role, you will collaborate with markets, global functions, and within marketing as well as with sales and merch counterparts to align and help deploy the vision to lead our holistic Brand offense. In partnership with the Head of Marketing you'll help to providing clear, consistent direction of how we deliver against the priorities by establishing and leading an effective consumer-led end-to-end marketing process.
You will also directly manage a team of one coordinator and have oversight over the marketing budget and will collect the product investment plans for each season.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving team effectiveness, building trusting collaborative partnerships, being a self-starter, and problem solver with exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the GTM process for marketing with help from the GTM lead and help the head of marketing optimize seasonal integration of ideas across the region and help markets to understand the strategies and create world class consumer experiences.
• Lead the marketing team around critical enterprise-wide strategic planning gates of AMOP, ISR, FAR, Key Account Meeting and Sales Meeting/
• Work with marketing to align and integrate priorities at key gates Seasonal Kick Off / ISR / FAR / Brief / Plan Lock and manage the Brand Comms Calendar and 26-week walk.
• Partner with market teams to enable consumer insights to inform our seasonal strategic approach and deliverables to support them.
• Key integration partner with Global brand team to receive updates, toolkits, and key information. Critical partner to share key information to market stakeholders on launch date changes, campaign and sell in toolkits.
• Facilitate weekly marketing meeting in conjunction with marketing head.
• Support ad hoc requests as they arise.
• in partnership with finance and the marketing head, keep track of the budget .
Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in a creative, fast-paced, and complex marketing environment.
- Process-oriented person, that can bring new ideas to the table.
- Marketing acumen with familiarity of Consumer Marketing Insights and their application.
- Strong people skills to help drive collaboration, integration, and working across teams to build effective relationships.
- Excellent visual communication and deck building skills in Keynote & PPT
- Strong communicator.
