Responsibility:


• Contribute to brand strategy and business plan development


• Work closely with sales, medical affairs and other stakeholders to ensure the strategy is implemented through good execution of marketing tactics and achieve business goal


• Build strong KOL engagement and develop advocacy for Nefecon and other assests


• Design and execute tactic plans for successful commercial business, including but not limited to standalone activities, sponsorship programs, disease education, product awareness program


• Work together with cross function team on other product related programs, such as marketing research, supply planning, forecast update, branding elements, situation analysis etc.


• Interface extensively with cross functional teams and external partners, especially sales team

Requirement:


• 5 years + central marketing working experience in big pharma, with sales and central marketing experience


• Good tactic execution experience and skills


• Logic and good analytic skill, strategic thinking


• Optimistic, problem solving and self-motivated


• A good team player with strong capability of cross-functional interaction


• Fluent English in written and spoken


• Ideally a healthcare or biology education background


• Experience in chronic disease area is preferred


• Ability to independently solve problems and make recommendations.
