Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a trusted HR/OD advisor to engineering and product leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and R&D talent strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
Organizational Development & Performance Management
- Lead organizational assessments and OD projects to optimize R&D team structures, workflows, and collaboration models.
- Drive initiatives that improve engineering efficiency, including goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs), role clarity, and process redesign.
- Implement HR frameworks that support career progression, performance reviews, and technical leadership development.
Employee Experience & Talent Development
- Partner with L&D teams to design programs that build technical leadership capability and engineering excellence.
- Support succession planning and development pathways tailored to R&D and product teams.
- Enhance retention and engagement through data-driven employee experience initiatives.
Change Management & Culture Building
- Lead HR initiatives to support organizational change, scaling, and transformation in R&D organizations.
- Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) strategies to create an inclusive engineering culture.
- Partner with stakeholders to reinforce the company's values and mission through HR programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above (no specific major required)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
, including
at least 2 years in R&D efficiency improvement and organizational development
, and
OD/HR consulting project experience in the tech sector
. - Proven ability to partner with engineering/product leaders and influence organizational outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; capable of using
English as a working language
