Job Responsibilities
- Overall plan and manage the end-to-end logistics process of large-scale domestic and international energy projects, covering the full-chain control of logistics process design, transportation plan implementation and final delivery.
- Combine the characteristics of energy projects and domestic/international transportation scenarios to formulate scientific and reasonable logistics process schemes, and optimize transportation routes and operation processes.
- Integrate high-quality domestic and international logistics resources (carriers, warehousing, customs clearance, etc.), establish a stable supply chain cooperation system, and ensure the transportation capacity requirements of projects.
- Identify risks such as compliance, safety and supply chain disruption in domestic and international logistics transportation, formulate targeted prevention and control plans and promptly handle emergencies.
- Optimize the logistics cost structure on the premise of ensuring transportation safety and delivery timeliness, monitor budget execution and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (project, procurement, production, etc.) and domestic/international partners to establish an efficient communication mechanism, ensuring seamless connection between logistics links and the overall project progress.
Job Qualifications
- Have more than 8 years of experience in end-to-end logistics management of large-scale domestic and international energy projects (wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, etc.) and be familiar with the logistics operation mode of the industry.
- Master professional skills such as logistics process design, multimodal transport scheme formulation and cross-border transportation coordination, and be able to independently lead the logistics planning of complex projects.
- Be familiar with domestic and international logistics industry regulations, customs declaration, cross-border trade policies and energy product transportation standards, and have strong compliance control capabilities.
- Possess excellent cross-departmental and cross-regional (domestic and international) communication, coordination and business negotiation skills, and be able to effectively integrate various logistics resources.
- Have strong pressure resistance, be able to respond to complex scenarios and emergencies in the logistics of large-scale energy projects, and have efficient problem-solving abilities.
- Priority will be given to candidates with professional certificates such as Logistics Engineer or Supply Chain Management; fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to skillfully carry out communication in cross-border logistics work.
