How you will contribute Join Kering Group's HR team to support the HR team in implementing projects across China. You will engage deeply in core HR operations—including employee engagement initiatives, employer branding, and internal communications—to enhance the employee experience in China. This role offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in the luxury sector and develop project execution skills. Who you are?  Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement Support:

  • Support planning, organization, and execution of employee activities (festive events, team-building, wellness programs, etc.).
  • Manage event promotion, registration tracking, material coordination, on-site support, and feedback collection.
  • Assist in basic vendor communication. Employer Branding Support:
  • Help collect and organize employer branding materials (employee stories, event photos/videos, etc.).
  • Support creation and distribution of internal employer branding content (posters, social posts, emails, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining internal branding platforms (internal portals, WeCom, etc.).
  • Participate in campus recruitment or employer branding events (as needed). Internal Communications Support:
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications (announcements, newsletters, press releases, etc.).
  • Help maintain and update content for internal channels (Viva Engage, shared inboxes, WeCom, etc.). Administrative & Project Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance for projects (meeting coordination, document translation, filing, etc.).
  • Participate in project meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct preliminary research on HR practices or industry trends.
  • Complete ad-hoc task if needed    Requirements: Education: Undergraduate or graduate student; preference for HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, Communications, Sociology, or related fields. Availability: Minimum 3 days/week for 6+ months. Technical Skills:
