Quality Manager - Job Description
I. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and strictly enforce effective product inspection processes and standards to ensure product quality control.
- Establish and improve document management mechanisms to ensure the proper operation and control of quality-related documents.
- Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, professional training, and task allocation of QC personnel; manage daily operations and conduct review and analysis of inspection results.
- Monitor quality performance trends, regularly analyze customer quality feedback and production inspection data, and provide actionable recommendations for quality improvement.
- Utilize data from daily operations, departmental reviews, internal/external audits, and inspection outcomes to drive continuous optimization of the quality management system.
- Collaborate with the sales/business team to support customer quality activities, including system surveys, site visits, audits, and quality data submission.
- Maintain the effective operation and compliance of the ISO9001 quality management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
II. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an Engineering field. - Experience:
Minimum 3 years of quality system management experience in the electronics industry. - Skills:
Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).Relevant quality certifications (e.g., ISO, TS, Six Sigma, SPC) are preferred. - Personal Attributes:

III. Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary:
¥13,000 - ¥16,000 - Annual Bonus:
Based on company performance - Supervisor Bonus:
Paid bi-annually
