Title: Trade Marketing Manager, Content and Product China

Your opportunity
As the
Content and Product Manager
, you will be responsible for
- To support product innovation and lead content development based on deep consumer insights.
- Responsible for identifying evolving traveller needs, shaping product narratives, and generating compelling content across digital and offline channels.
How you will contribute
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead the China-specific content strategy aligned with Club Med's global brand positioning and local marketing objectives.
- Own the content calendar across all channels: website, WeChat MP, Trade social media, CRM, paid media, in-resort communications, and offline marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing, digital, sales, and resort teams to ensure content supports business goals and campaign needs.
- Content Creation & agency management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content including travel articles, videos, brochures & posters, social posts, and event materials.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners to deliver content on time and within budget.
- Channel Optimization
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform's format and audience—engagement for social & trade partners, conversion for CRM & WeChat MP, and impact for print.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion, etc.) and continuously refine content strategies based on insights.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual storytelling across all channels and materials.
- Consumer Insight & Product Innovation
- Translate insights into actionable product concepts, enhancements, and storytelling opportunities.
- Collaborate with global and regional product teams, operation team and sales team to adapt packages for the China market.
Who you are?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy and creation, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel content campaigns in China.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Deep understanding of Chinese digital platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.) and offline marketing formats.
- Experience working with freelancer and production teams.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Languages: fluent English and Mandarin in Oral and Writing, French as plus
- Familiarity with luxury or premium brand positioning
- Knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms, and performance analytics tools.
- Passion for travel and cultural exploration, consumers experience design
