Under general supervision, provide benefits programs management, employee communication and day to day administrative and project based support to Greater China Reward team.
Your day to day
• Manage corporate and hotel benefits schemes in Greater China region by studying market practice, proposal of benefits scheme enhancements, vendor selection and management, employee communications, contract management, vendor payment facilitation.
• Perform HR system data management to support Reward activities.
• Prepare a variety of departmental reporting/presentation, gathering and summarizing information from various sources as requested; may create and format reports and presentation materials utilizing various spreadsheet graphics, and/or statistical software.
• Provide support on department projects, which may include contact with vendors and senior management of the Company, mailing of materials in vast quantities, and coordinating resources to ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform other duties as required to ensure departments' objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
• Perform a variety of administrative support duties as assigned. Prepare reports, charts, presentation data, or logs as required and according to established specifications. Answer inquiries related to daily activities of work area, and act as a liaison between assigned work area and internal or external contacts to convey appropriate information. Compose clear and concise correspondence as requested or required. Copy, route and file appropriate documents in an accurate and timely manner. May review, track data from, complete and/or monitor staff itineraries, calendars, expense reports, or other functional reports as needed. Identify and assist in planning for the acquisition of supplies, equipment, facilities and services necessary to maintain an efficient operation. Perform other support duties as assigned to facilitate the smooth operation of the assigned work area.
What we need from you
• College, university degree or technical institute degree/certificate or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint).
• Good working knowledge of compensation practices, terminology, and programs.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fluid environment with minimal supervision with strong attention to details.
• Good communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Some exposure to Human Resources systems helpful.
• Team orientation a must.
• Effective problem solving skills.
