Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CLV, and cart abandonment
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive growth
  • Collaborate with finance to forecast sales and manage budgets

Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition:

  • Lead performance marketing (SEM, SEO, paid social, email, affiliate) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Oversee brand campaigns, content strategy, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Analyze customer data to improve targeting, personalization, and retention
  • Manage agency relationships and marketing technology platforms

Product & Platform Strategy:

  • Own the ecommerce product roadmap, including website UX, mobile experience, and feature development
  • Collaborate with tech teams to implement enhancements and ensure platform stability
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform product innovation
  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and analytics tools

Supply Chain & Fulfillment:

  • Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment, shipping, and returns
  • Partner with logistics providers and warehouse teams to optimize operations
  • Implement scalable processes for peak seasons and new product launches

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, with leadership across sales, marketing, product, and supply chain
  • Proven track record of scaling online revenue and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and marketing tech
