Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CLV, and cart abandonment
- Optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive growth
- Collaborate with finance to forecast sales and manage budgets
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
- Lead performance marketing (SEM, SEO, paid social, email, affiliate) to drive traffic and conversions
- Oversee brand campaigns, content strategy, and customer engagement initiatives
- Analyze customer data to improve targeting, personalization, and retention
- Manage agency relationships and marketing technology platforms
Product & Platform Strategy:
- Own the ecommerce product roadmap, including website UX, mobile experience, and feature development
- Collaborate with tech teams to implement enhancements and ensure platform stability
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform product innovation
- Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and analytics tools
Supply Chain & Fulfillment:
- Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies
- Ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment, shipping, and returns
- Partner with logistics providers and warehouse teams to optimize operations
- Implement scalable processes for peak seasons and new product launches
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, with leadership across sales, marketing, product, and supply chain
- Proven track record of scaling online revenue and improving operational efficiency
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and marketing tech
