该职位来源于猎聘 Role Overview: As an Analytics manager in the Analytics Craft team, you will play a hands-on role in transforming data into insights that guide smarter media and business decisions. You will work across media technology platforms, research tools, and analytics frameworks to support both client work and internal planning. This role is ideal for someone curious, adaptable, and eager to grow—someone who wants to go beyond reporting numbers and start building stories from data. With exposure to category insights, media analytics, and audience intelligence, you'll contribute directly to campaigns, pitches, and strategic projects, while developing a strong foundation in analytics and strategy. Responsibilities: Media & Analytics Support

  • Operate and manage core media and analytics tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
  • Support the development of client deliverables including category reports, growth modeling inputs, etc,.
  • Translate raw data into clean, usable datasets for analysis and presentations.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and anomalies.
  • Liaise with regional research lead as required to deliver research relevant to China on global / regional and local pitches as required.
  • Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research studies. Strategic Contribution
  • Partner with senior team members to build "hero insights" and POVs for client deliverables.
  • Assist in custom projects, including audience profiling, data analysis, etc,.
  • Contribute to new business pitches by preparing competitor reviews, category snapshots, and audience analysis.
  • Support integration of analytics into planning frameworks and campaign measurement strategies. Tools, Vendors & Operations
  • Champions of knowledge and tools within the office - fuel that drives strategy and execution.
  • Constantly apply the newest and most exciting advances in research, actively innovate, create and invent new ways to enhance research capabilities.
  • Budget and delivery control on vendor and data source service.
  • Integration management between vendor data into our agency proprietary tools.
  • Identify solution/ approach to address success tracking and measurement challenges in China, and drive holistic measurement plans and solutions for executing these measurement plans. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; majors in statistics, marketing, economics, communication, or related fields preferred, and Master preferred
  • 3–6 years of experience in media, analytics, research, consumer insights, or related roles (internship experience acceptable for strong candidates).
  • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, methodologies, and media concepts.
  • Familiarity with media platforms, analytics tools, or research techniques is a plus.
  • Solid Excel/PowerPoint skills; comfort with slide storytelling and data visualization.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to experiment and solve problems.
