In logistics, we are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Supply Chain Readiness Engineer to support our product development projects in Rugao. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex challenges. You will work closely with teams across Logistics, Procurement, and R&D to ensure project milestones are met and logistics processes are continuously improved. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, track and follow up on logistics-related milestones in product development projects
- Identify gaps or risks in project execution and proactively drive solutions
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and timely information flow
- Support the development and optimization of logistics processes and tools, including digital tools and data analysis
- Communicate project progress and issues clearly to stakeholders Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, production or project management, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry
- Digital skills such as power Bi knowledge are a great differentiation
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Good command of English (spoken and written); Chinese language skills are a plus
