该职位来源于猎聘 Scania has decided to install a 3rd industrial hub in China besides the industrial installations in Europe and Latin America. In logistics, we are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Supply Chain Readiness Engineer to support our product development projects in Rugao. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex challenges. You will work closely with teams across Logistics, Procurement, and R&D to ensure project milestones are met and logistics processes are continuously improved. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, track and follow up on logistics-related milestones in product development projects
  • Identify gaps or risks in project execution and proactively drive solutions
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and timely information flow
  • Support the development and optimization of logistics processes and tools, including digital tools and data analysis
  • Communicate project progress and issues clearly to stakeholders Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, production or project management, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Digital skills such as power Bi knowledge are a great differentiation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset
  • Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Good command of English (spoken and written); Chinese language skills are a plus
  • International experience from work or studies, or experience in an international company, is considered a strong merit What We Offer
