Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reply to customer's inquiry timely and accurately. Daily track order fulfillment status. Meet customer's demand based on factory's capacity and lead time of the materials. Weekly checking with regional sales for order tracking and shipment plan. Assist in resolving customer complaints with quality team. Follow SOX produce to check DO list before shipment and invoice crane.

Coordinate with related departments in ZJG factory to ensure delivery of the orders on time; make rolling shipment schedule and release daily shipment report; minimize the inventory of finished cranes through proactive communication with sales regions

Shipment arrangements as per the invoices stated in the sales order from ROA and ANZ; provides logistics solution on return/replacement of the goods. Control logistics cost to maximize company's profit. Assist in resolving the issues after delivery.

Track the progress of IPC orders & special application cranes with project team, make sure cranes were produced out and delivered on time

Support GPO team to follow initial sample delivery; order confirmation and arrange the delivery as per incoterms as per PO; prepare monthly reports

Performs other duties as assigned by direct report/dotted line manager.

Job Requirement
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree

Field of Study: Business Administration

Experience Requirements (Years): 3-5 Years

Be familiar with import and export process,experiences in multi-national companies is a must
