- Guangdong, China (3,000 employees)
- Vietnam (1,000 employees, with ongoing expansion)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to mass production
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers across cross-functional activities
- Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to develop : Process flows; Fixture designs; Design for Manufacturing (DFM); Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA); Quality Control Plans (QCP); Process validation and PPAP submissions
- Review and approve engineering documentation
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Conduct regular teleconferences with overseas customers
- Report directly to the Technical Director
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in NPI project management
- Strong background in project management, PPAP, and process validation
- Experience with MCU-based products preferred
- Familiarity with IoT or automotive products is an advantage
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and IPC standards
- Knowledge of electronic product compliance and regulatory approvals
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
