该职位来源于猎聘 Job Purpose Responsible for the medical and scientific activities of assigned product(s) or tasks with a focus on unmet medical need assessment, value proposition of s-a products, and the development and execution of medical strategy and plan to provide medical support to new and existing products in accordance with the Management's priorities and requirements, and in strict adherence to the Company's corporate policies, guidelines and requirements. Key Accountabilities -Support the development and execution of medical strategy and medical plans to optimize assigned product(s) value. -Provide up to date disease and product knowledge to internal and external customers for assigned product(s). -Develop and maintain permanent relations with a network of opinion leaders and experts for the assigned product(s) to maintain and reinforce the scientific position of the Group. -Provide scientific input to post-marketing clinical programs for assigned product(s), and other key medical activities for the assigned product(s) or tasks, including medical information service, epidemiology/health economics/outcome research, medical education, medical publication, pharmacovigilance. -Provide medical and scientific support to the Company's marketing and sales activities, including input in marketing strategy from medical point of view, round tables, symposia and medical education activities, liaison with opinion leaders, scientific communications, sales training, and medical input in promotional materials and validation of their scientific integrity and compliance to the Group's procedures. -Closely work with regulatory and R&D to provide scientific input on unmet medical need assessment and product value propositio n to ensure an optimal local registration strategy for new product and/or new indication. -Ensure appropriate scientific and medical compliance, governance and risk management within the framework of optimized patient centered risk/benefit in the responsible product(s) or tasks. Job-holder's Requirements Education Medical Master or above, majored in Endocrinology is preferred Entry qualification Above 3 years clinical practice, preferably specialized in the relevant field Above 5 years experience or above in medical affairs or clinical research function in pharmaceutical industry, in the relevant field is desirable Core competencies: Medical and scientific knowledge, methodology of clinical research, project management, execution ability, good clinical practice, influencing, communication, planning and organizing. Fluent English speaking and writing, quality orientation, building partnership, initiative and leadership,business acumen.
