Key responsibilities

  • Explore new business opportunities for Styli (FBS) China

  • Pursue and convert top customers, i.e. listed companies, mega manufacturers, CN top brand, bring them onboard

  • End to end take care of leads generation, conversion, seller onboarding, seller growth, take responsibility for seller recruitment and seller success

  • Explore business development methods, optimize and maximum team efficiency from channels, workflow, tools development, etc. perspectives

  • Attend or organize internal cross-teams, external partner and global stakeholders' collaboration, leverage these resources to drive success

  • Lead regular or ad-hoc business deep dive and analysis to generate strategic insights and support management decisions.

  • Complete other assignments from leadership team

Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in vendor management / business development.
  • Regional experience mandatory
  • Basic qualifications 5+ years of professional experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements
