Overview
To lead the development and execution of innovation strategies for the Quaker Meal Platform, delivering holistic, consumer-relevant meal solutions that drive business growth. The role supports medium- to long-term portfolio transformation through a pilot-and-learn approach, validating business opportunities, leading innovation development, and influencing the global Quaker innovation agenda.

Responsibilities
i. Identify and Validate Innovation Opportunities

  • Leverage consumer insights and market trends to uncover unmet needs and validate high-potential innovation opportunities in the meal space.

ii. Shape a Strategic Innovation Pipeline

  • Define and prioritize a 3-year innovation roadmap aligned with brand strategy and long-term growth objectives.

iii. Lead End-to-End Innovation Execution

  • Drive development of consumer-centric, brand-aligned product concepts from ideation to commercialization.

iv. Enable Scalable Technical Solutions

  • Partner with R&D to co-develop technically robust, scalable solutions that support long-term brand growth.

v. Manage Innovation P&L

  • Own financial performance of innovation initiatives, ensuring profitability through disciplined cost and value management.

vi. Drive Go-to-Market Excellence

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful GTM strategies that maximize launch success.

vii. Optimize Post-Launch Performance

  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales, consumer feedback, ROI) and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in leveraging consumer insights to develop and launch successful innovations
  • Experience in local-for-local product development
  • Background in consumer insights and strategy preferred
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across global, regional, and local teams
  • Knowledge of the nutrition category preferred
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
