We are hiring for an Assistant Key Account Manager (O2O Sales) to join our operations in China
Purpose:
The Assistant Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the customers and distributors serving our O2O (Online-to-Offline) channel customers, which includes Sam's Club, Chemist Warehouse CN, Watson's, and any other potential ones. This role will ensure the execution of customer plans in O2O key accounts, support the O2O team to own and drive consistent key accounts growth and channel expansion. This role will also support the development for our new O2O businesses as well as future launches in WOFE channel.
This role reports to an O2O Sales Manager are looking for someone who is outcome focused coupled with strong collaborative skills to work with diverse cross functional stakeholders across marketing, commercial, product quality and international teams.
This role will be based in our Shanghai, China office.
Responsibilities include:
- Key Account Management: Own and grow Watsons O2O business including day-to-day operations including logistics, promotions, trade spend, order/inventory management, IBP forecast, rebates, POS & in-store training coordination). Scope will include both online & offline channels of Watsons CN.
 - Customer & Distributor Management Support: Work closely with O2O Sales Manager to support day-to-day operations of all O2O accounts including DSR & Customer liaison, order/inventory management, trade spend/rebates coordination, business reviews including quarterly business, customer sell, trade spend management, pricing and competitor.
 - New Business Development: Support O2O Manager on developing new business opportunities for CBEC and WOFE products across winning O2O retailers.

Who are you?
- Possess a bachelor's degree in international business, Commerce, Marketing or anything relevant.
 - At least 3 to 5 years' of experience in FMCG or consumer related industries in a key account management or corporate relationship management with familiarity with distributorship and ecommerce operations.
 - Proven work experience to deal with O2O retailers (including Walmart, Costco, Ole, Hema, Watson's, Mum & Baby Stores) and experience with Dietary Supplement or other consumer healthcare products are preferred.
 - Strong execution experience who can work cross functionally with multiple internal stakeholders and international teams.
 - A results driven individual and effective communicator who can manage both customer and distributor relationships
 - Good command of English and Mandarin for speaking, reading and writing purposes. Demonstrated ability to work across cultures, with experience in China/Asian markets
