该职位来源于猎聘 About the Role: We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and motivated Lithium-Ion Battery Technical Specialist in China. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in lithium-ion battery technologies, practical industry experience, and a deep understanding of the Chinese battery value chain. This role is critical for providing technical insights, market knowledge, and on-the-ground support for our battery-related initiatives in China. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical input on lithium-ion battery technologies, including current and next-generation chemistries (e.g., NMC, LFP, LMFP, semi-solid, all-solid-state).
  • Conduct market and value chain analysis across materials, cell manufacturing, and EV/ESS integration in China.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and technical service providers to support project development and partnership exploration.
  • Track developments in China's battery industry landscape, including R&D trends, manufacturing capacity, and government policies.
  • Prepare technical briefings and recommendations for internal stakeholders in both Chinese and fluent English.
  • Support technology / product benchmarking activities as required. Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or other battery related fields from a 985 or 211 university.
  • Minimum 2 years of R&D or technical experience in the lithium-ion battery field (e.g., material suppliers, cell manufacturers, prototyping labs, or battery service firms).
  • Strong technical knowledge of lithium-ion battery materials, cell designs, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with the full battery value chain in China, from raw materials to end-use applications like EVs and energy storage.
  • Understanding of both current and emerging battery technologies, including but not limited to NMC, LFP, LMFP, semi-solid-state, and all-solid-state chemistries.
  • Previous involvement in technical due diligence, prototyping, or battery system integration.
  • Awareness of China's battery industry policies and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications (optional but desirable):
  • Experience working with or alongside top-tier battery companies in China
