Job Description
Order management starts when a customer places an order and ends once they receive their package or service. It allows a business to coordinate the entire fulfillment process — from order collection, inventory, and delivery visibility to service availability. The workflow typically includes three steps: Order Entry, delivery and billing creation.
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day order management activities including order collections from customers, order confirmations to customers, order entry in SAP, delivery and billing creation.
- Monitor and resolve order and sales interface issues.
- Manage and process orders from an end-to-end perspective including managing open orders and prioritization.
- Collaborate with internal contacts including sales & marketing, logistics, planning, distribution, and other functions to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of all orders.
- Communicate with customers on order inquiry and order rescheduling issues.
- Maintain Customer PO and shipment system to keep smoothly goods receiving at customer site.
- Managing daily order management reporting.
- Support business improvement projects.
- Ensure Process Knowledge Documentation is relevant and up to date.
Qualifications
- College degree or above
- Minimum of 3-year experiences in similar position
- Strong logic thinking and communication skills,capacity of solving with various issues independently,attentions to details.
- At least one year experience with SAP operation
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
