该职位来源于猎聘 Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Vision Leader to build and lead our industrial vision team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, covering the full spectrum from optical system design to algorithm development and deployment on real production lines. The ideal candidate will be capable of bridging customer requirements (e.g., detection accuracy, cycle time, reliability) with robust engineering solutions, ensuring our vision-based products set a new benchmark in industrial automation. Responsibilities

  • Team & Project Leadership 1.1 Lead and mentor a team of computer vision engineers, driving execution across defect detection, dimensional measurement, robot vision, and optical inspection projects. 1.2 Translate business and customer requirements into technical specifications, balancing detection accuracy, throughput, and system robustness.
  • Vision System Design & Deployment 2.1 Own the end-to-end architecture: optical setup design (camera, lens, lighting, sensor), algorithm/model development, and integration with automation/robotics. 2.2 Select and optimize models for real-time inference on edge and GPU devices (e.g., Jetson, NVIDIA GPU, ARM), leveraging techniques such as YOLO, EfficientNet, OpenPose, CLIP, or classical CV pipelines. 2.3 Ensure industrial-grade reliability: model reproducibility, real-time performance, robustness to variable environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 3.1 Work closely with robotics, automation, and MES/backend teams to deliver complete, production-ready solutions. 3.2 Engage with customers to define inspection KPIs and acceptance standards, ensuring alignment with production cycle times and quality requirements.
  • Best Practices & Innovation 4.1 Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows for vision models. 4.2 Track and evaluate emerging vision/AI technologies, ensuring the team stays ahead of the curve. Requirements
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Vision, Robotics, Optical Engineering, Machine Learning, or related fields years of experience in industrial computer vision (defect detection, measurement, robot guidance, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in optical system design (camera, lens, illumination selection, calibration).
  • Hands-on experience in deploying CV models on edge/embedded devices (Jetson, NVIDIA GPU, FPGA, ARM).
  • Proficiency in Python, OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow, ONNX, TensorRT; strong grasp of both deep learning and classical CV
  • Track record of delivering customer projects meeting cycle time, precision, and robustness requirements
  • Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams
