Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Engage sellers to develop annual planning for advertising, follow up and support daily operation to ensure on-track implementation.
  • Work closely with account management team and marketing team to sync up key business plans and promotion plans in order to support above initiative.
  • Acquire best practices and insights for advertising in the eComm industry to help grow both revenue streams and seller's brand and product awareness for the right audiences.

Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:

  • Drive ad income revenue growth and seller base for advertising
  • Partner closely with sellers and AM team to understand the business focuses and provide operational guidance and support to sellers on ad placement optimization.
  • Promote awareness of WMC and drive higher adoption rate among sellers
  • Drive Advertising program enhancement, including feature upgrade, unlocking more spots/resources for sellers, Affiliate program to drive external traffic..

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce and/or related industries with 1-2 years Advertising experience. Proven track record of managing relationships and / or projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to manage large amounts of data. Establishes efficient processes in order to make sound decisions.
  • Able to work under pressure, Takes ownership, Manages multiple projects well. Willing to grow with the business.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English and local language
  • Bachelor's degree
