2 Sales work 3 New customer development to win new business and new customers 4 Identification of new business opportunities 5 Manage the relationship and resources

6 Achieve budget sales targets to support company goal according to the established business plan 7 Project acquisition planning and management

8 Handle requests for quotations (RFQ receipt, internal quotation arrangement, offer, negotiation, etc.) 9 Project commercial negotiation on price, payment term, lead time etc. 10 Collect market and competitor information 11 Set up sales and marketing strategy for responsible specific customers.

12 Review customer summary and strategy periodically with supervisor;

13 Frequent travelling is required. Requirement: 1 Bachelor and above degree in Engineering (Automotive engineering is preferring) 2 Deep understanding on automotive market in China especially on powertrain field 3 Insightful on automotive and powertrain market situation 4 Know customer and competitor status especially in China 5 At least eight years engineering and sales working experience in powertrain area in China Auto industry

6 Strong business acumen; good knowledge of sales process in China

7 Strong communication skills and outgoing character 8 Basic knowledge about transmission and powertrain technology

9 Basic understanding of vehicle technology;

10 Strong presentation and negotiation skill;

11 Fluent English

12 Very convincing; professional appearance; impresses people;

13 Can take pressures;

14 Own customer resource is a plus
