Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle management of core technical projects for Connected Car Service RTM (Real-Time Monitoring), including requirement decomposition, solution planning, and delivery. Take full responsibility for project schedule, quality, cost, and risks.
- Act as the key link between technology and business, collaborate closely with the German headquarters and overseas teams. Conduct formal meetings, technical discussions, and decision-making communications in English as the primary working language to ensure efficient synchronization of cross-regional and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Profoundly understand the RTM development technology stack, independently evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions, resolve core technical bottlenecks during development, and coordinate resources across cross-functional teams (R&D, testing, operations) to promote problem closure.
- Establish and optimize the project management system, including requirement management, iteration planning, and risk early warning mechanisms. Output standardized project documents (e.g., project plans, weekly reports, review reports) to ensure transparent project control.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (customers, German technical experts, internal R&D teams), balance multi-party needs and resource constraints, and drive the achievement of project goals and business value realization. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation, or related majors. More than 5 years of technical project management experience in the connected car field, with relevant technical background in RTM development (familiarity with RTM algorithm principles, connected car communication protocols, and positioning technology is preferred).
- Fluent and professional spoken English, capable of independently hosting/participating in formal meetings with the German headquarters as a working language, accurately conveying technical requirements and project progress without communication barriers.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), PMP or other professional certifications are preferred. Experience in overseeing large-scale technical projects across countries and teams is a plus.
- Strong technical comprehension and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly identify key difficulties in RTM development, coordinate technical resources to formulate effective solutions, and promote the smooth progress of projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, risk management capabilities, and stress resistance. Clear logical thinking, sharp insight into technical trends in the connected car industry, and ability to adapt to an international work rhythm.
