About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to design and guide the development of Beyondsoft's enterprise back-office systems landscape including ERP, HRIS, Procurement, and related productivity platforms.

This role will be responsible for defining the architecture, integration design, and technical governance across key corporate systems. The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding with technical depth, ensuring that our enterprise platforms are scalable, secure, and future-ready.

The IT Director will collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into cohesive, well-integrated technology solutions that support Finance, HR, Procurement, and other shared-service functions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Design & Planning

  • Define and maintain the overall enterprise applications architecture, ensuring alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and IT strategy.
  • Design solution blueprints across ERP, HRIS, and Procurement systems, covering data flow, integration, and security layers.
  • Establish architecture principles and design standards to ensure consistency, reusability, and maintainability.

Integration & Technology Strategy

  • Lead the design of system integrations using APIs, middleware, or data connectors to enable seamless data exchange across platforms.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies (cloud services, low-code tools, AI automation) and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Drive modernization initiatives for legacy applications, optimizing performance and reducing technical debt.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal) to understand end-to-end processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire, and Record-to-Report.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
  • Collaborate with development teams and vendors to ensure technical feasibility, design compliance, and delivery quality.

Governance & Documentation

  • Develop and enforce governance for architecture reviews, security design, and change management.
  • Maintain architecture documentation including data models, integration maps, and infrastructure diagrams.
  • Ensure system design meets global standards for data privacy, access control, and audit readiness (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PIPL).

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical oversight during project implementation and rollout phases.
  • Guide development and operations teams in applying architectural standards and best practices.
  • Serve as a key advisor for platform roadmap planning and vendor evaluation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with strong exposure to ERP, HRIS, and Procurement domains.
  • Proven track record in cross-region solution/framework design, enterprise systems integration, and architecture documentation.
  • Strong understanding of system workflows (Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire) and API-based integration models.
  • Hands-on familiarity with major platforms such as SAP, Workday, Coupa, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD or DevOps practices.
  • Skilled in collaborating with multi-functional teams across business and IT.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical solutions into business outcomes.
  • Understanding of enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards (SOX, ISO27001, GDPR, PIPL).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
