Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How You'll Make An Impact
- You will optimize quotation designs to provide competitive solutions for potential customers.
- You will implement engineering for complex project order designs, and create relevant documents including test requirements to fully align with customer specifications.
- You will carry out design verification with engineering tools, standards and proactively identify risks and mitigation solutions for the whole value chain.
- You will actively lead design review meetings before finalizing detailed engineering solution.
- You will visit and lead discussions with customers for design reviews, approvals & clarifications and prepare/check manufacturing documents for 3D models and 2D drawings.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical engineering.
- Required with more than 2 years of experience working in oil-immersed transformers is preferred.
- Proficiency in the office software Excel, Word, PowerPoint and customer focus and quality awareness, familiar with quality tools.
- Experience in distribution transformer design or special transformer design, simulation tools usage such as Ansys, ABAQUS.
- Be able to make mechanical design with Creo, willing to learn and improve.
- Good communication and team player with open-minded, hardworking.
- Fluent in in English Language oral and written.
