Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 3-8 years of experience in commodity operation or financial control
- Experience in treasury operation as well as LC presentation is preferred
- A proven track record in working under pressure to deadlines, whilst maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal English language skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, modify and monitor contracts for all transactions from each commodity desk in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Check and approve payment orders for procurement related contracts
- Check and approve cargo release for sales contracts
- Check and approve other payment orders
- Authorize payment through e-ban system
- Review due diligence report, storage agreement and etc. to approve new warehouse location, and maintain approved warehouse list
- Participate in new business initiatives and provide solutions on payment and delivery terms, logistics, warehousing and insurance
- Maintain hard and soft copy of all contracts and associated correspondences accurately, systematically and safely
