Job Description
Key duties:
- Oversee regional operations across new sales, modernisation projects, and maintenance services.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and market coverage
- Head and develop a high-performing regional management team.
- Liase with other teams to align strategy and learn from great practices.
- Monitor market trends and dynamics to adjust regional strategies proactively.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven management experience in the building equipment industry.
- Strong experience in new installation, modernisation, and maintenance business models.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on operational management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
