Job Description
Key duties:

  • Oversee regional operations across new sales, modernisation projects, and maintenance services.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and market coverage
  • Head and develop a high-performing regional management team.
  • Liase with other teams to align strategy and learn from great practices.
  • Monitor market trends and dynamics to adjust regional strategies proactively.

The Successful Applicant
Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in the building equipment industry.
  • Strong experience in new installation, modernisation, and maintenance business models.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
