Responsibilities

  • Sales Management:
  • Lead and/ or assist with acquisition projects as necessary by preparing business/ commercial/ technical proposals
  • Responsible RFI and RFQ preparations by leading the acquisition team to make quotations
  • Identify potential opportunities to expand OPmobility business in EU including new customers, partnerships etc
  • Execute market and product analysis to identify future market opportunities for OPmobility products
  • Responsible for gate review preparation for acquisition projects
  • Lead, plan and execute special assignments from the SU Group
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Manage any and all matters specific to your customers by assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing customers and collaborate with project/ plant teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage customer contracts and negotiate price agreements to maximize profit
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, annual forecasts etc.) and prepare reports on account status
  • Project Management:
  • Create, implement, train to, enforce and continuously improve program management systems, procedures, documentation, reporting, gate reviews and performance measurement
  • Provide resources, tools and support to help meet all program and production launch deliverables including timing, financials, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, morale and safety
  • Actively participate in risk anticipation and in problem solving activities and at all program interfaces with customers, suppliers and partners
  • Ensure efficient, targeted usage of financial and human resources in all program management activities. Reduce waste in all programs and launch processes and activities

Competences

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales and project management of which 5+years experiences in automotive parts companies
  • Very organized, strong analytical skills
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experien in a multi-cultural environment is advantageous
  • High motivation to support steady business growth
  • Committed team player with motivational drive, flexible and dynamic approach
