Responsibilities:
- Track and manage project progress and deliverables; communicate and conduct technical exchanges with domestic and international clients; provide regular project updates to ensure the smooth execution of protein production projects.
- Assist the protein science team in designing protein production and analysis plans based on client requirements, and provide technical support to resolve challenges encountered during project implementation.
- Optimize and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); assist in guiding and training protein production and analysis technicians to ensure systematic progress and continuous improvement in related workflows.
- Streamline project management processes, improve communication efficiency with internal and external clients, and enhance overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. with over 3 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with over 5 years of experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Structural Biology, Cell Biology, Immunobiology, or related fields.
- Substantial experience in protein science and production, with proficiency in common expression systems such as mammalian cells, E. coli, insect cells, and yeast. Familiarity with sequence/structure analysis, expression protocols, and purification methods for antibodies and proteins in biopharmaceutical applications is essential.
- Ability to quickly review technical literature, design protein production experiments, prepare and review experimental reports, solve problems, and provide guidance to technical staff.
- Fluency in English for both verbal and written communication, with English as a working language. Preference will be given to candidates with over 2 years of overseas study/work experience or R&D experience in multinational companies.
- Strong communication, coordination, and management skills.
